Susanna grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia, and moved to Warrenton upon completing college and getting married in 2008. She graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and then earned a master's in education. She and her husband, Matt, love living in Warrenton, where he is a seventh-grade civics teacher. Susanna taught high school math for several years before joining Handford Financial Strategies in March 2015. She enjoys knitting and spending time with their 3 children.
